My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep belief in the power of safe, supportive relationships to heal and transform. Through my own life experiences, including navigating cultural transitions, family dynamics, and moments of personal uncertainty, I came to value how much change can happen when we are truly seen, heard, and understood. I was drawn to systemic therapy because it mirrors what I believe: that no one’s struggles exist in isolation, and that healing happens within the context of connection, curiosity, and compassion.
